Yes, as well as training people, we are a fully functioning web design company and are set up to allow you a single point of contact to keep your web site up to date and efficient.

Do I have to send people from our IT department?

Whilst we are sure they will appreciate the technicalities of how our website course works, we have made this system so that anyone can use it as long as they are at a level where they are capable of writing an e-mail!

Do I need to prepare anything before the day of the course?

Yes! Before the course you must choose a template and gather content that will be used to build your website. See the Start Here page for full details.

Do I have to pay for licences and software?

No, we use Open Source software which doesn't require licensing and all of the software you need for day to day running of the site is built in to the content management system.

I have an exchange server and don't want to disturb my mail system, will this be ok?

Yes, we only need to change the website part of your DNS, we can leave your mail server destination untouched.

Can I have an E-Commerce web site?

Yes, We have created a seperate one day course which still gives you a fully functioning website at the end of the day but also includes a full e-commerce system built in.
